Trocellen Water Tanks Insulation
Trocellen long lasting closed cell insulation foams are the appropriate solution where energy saving is needed. Our flexible and non-toxic foams offer the best insulation for water tanks, keeping the water warm for a long time.


Water tanks

   The insulation foam is applied in sheets directly onto the steel tank. The chloride-free insulation material will never corrode the steel or the valves and has an expected life-time exceeding the life of the tank it insulates.
The surface of the insulation foam is scratch and impact resistant, which makes the installation and handling of the tanks much less complicated.

  • Constant λ and μ values: Not subject to aging*
  • Constant form and shape: Impact resistant
  • Contains no fibers; is non-toxic, formaldehyde-free, and odorless
  • Mold, mildew, and bacteria resistant
  • Safety in event of fire: Class 0 certified and low smoke propagation (F2)

*Trocellen tested after 23 years of operation found the same insulating value.
