To visit the public area of the Trocellen website we do not normally need any personal data from you. In individual cases, however, we do use your personal data, perhaps to be able to respond to your enquiry. For all employees of Trocellen GmbH, the general rule is that we only make contact with you within the context of a business transaction with your permission.
In principle, we never give your personal data to other companies, except where this is essential to prepare and fulfil your order. For example, we have to give your shipping address to the logistics operator handling the shipment. Our subcontractors are obliged to adhere to data protection standards.
In any event, we have taken organizational and technical precautions to protect your personal data and transmit them confidentially. We ensure this in particular by our self-imposed and stringent requirements for data thriftiness.
